Stag Do Newcastle (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a stag do activity advertising and booking service operating the website stag-do-newcastle.co.uk. Stag Do Newcastle is a trading name of NE Children’s Parties Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, which is the contracting entity for all bookings arranged through this website.
We are an advertising and activity-organising company and we act as a booking agent. This means we do not run or deliver all of the activities ourselves. We work with a network of independent suppliers across Newcastle and the North East who provide and run the activities, venues and services advertised on this site. Those suppliers are responsible for the delivery, staffing, equipment and on-the-day safe operation of their own activities, and are expected to hold their own insurance appropriate to the activity they provide.
By enquiring, requesting a quote or placing a booking through us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before you book and before you collect payments from your group.
You may not use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
When you book an activity through Stag Do Newcastle, we arrange that activity on your behalf with the relevant supplier. Your booking is for the activity as described in your written confirmation. Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may vary depending on the activity, session length, group size, chosen venue, date and availability. The final price and what it includes will be confirmed to you in writing before your booking is finalised.
Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your booking in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or decline any booking or enquiry, and to substitute an alternative venue, supplier or arrangement of comparable value where reasonably necessary.
It is your responsibility to check your written confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it and to tell us immediately if any detail — including date, time, group size, venue or activity — is incorrect.
Prices for activities are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Once you receive written confirmation, the price stated in that confirmation applies to your booking.
Once a payment has been made to us you will receive confirmation by email or text message outlining the next steps for your booking. We ask that payment be made in full at the time of booking. If we agree to take a deposit with the balance to follow, please note the deposit is non-refundable should the event not go ahead, except where the cancellation is due to an error by us.
When full payment has been made, confirmation of all your arrangements will be sent by email or text message, including the venue address and any other information needed for the day. Once the full balance has been paid and confirmation has been sent, refunds will not normally be given because our suppliers will have been booked and paid on your behalf (see Sections 4 and 5).
Once you have booked your date and time and made a payment, your booking is confirmed. So that we and our suppliers can hold your slot and turn away other groups, refunds are not generally available; however your event can usually be rearranged for a small rescheduling fee, subject to supplier and venue availability.
Before the event: deposits are non-refundable as set out in Section 3. A deposit will only be refunded where an error has occurred on our part.
During or after the activity: if you are unhappy with the service provided directly by a supplier, you must follow that supplier’s own complaints and refund procedure. Stag Do Newcastle acts as a third-party advertising company and booking agent that pays suppliers for their services (including, but not limited to, activities, events, venue hire, equipment and refreshments). We are not responsible where an activity is not delivered to the standard you hoped for by an independent supplier. Any issues about the way an activity was run must be raised with the supplier, and we will be happy to provide their contact details and to assist where we reasonably can.
We reserve the right at any time to change or cancel arrangements, services or prices — including activities, venues and tickets — and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable value where reasonably necessary.
Cancellations or changes by you: if you need to change or cancel your booking you must tell us immediately. We cannot guarantee that a requested change can be made, but we will try to accommodate it. You may be charged for any extra costs incurred and a rescheduling fee may apply. If we cannot accommodate a reschedule due to availability, the event will be treated as cancelled and any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
Cancellations by us: in the rare event that we have to change or cancel your booking, we will tell you as soon as possible. Where it is beyond doubt that the event cannot take place because of an error by us, we will arrange a full refund or reschedule the booking with no rescheduling fee.
We are not obliged to refund any element of a booking cancelled due to events beyond our reasonable control (including extreme weather, supplier or venue failure, or other circumstances outside our control), although we will always try to rearrange the event where possible.
Activities advertised on this site are physical group activities. Every participant takes part at their own risk and must follow the safety briefing, rules and instructions given by the supplier and their staff on the day. The supplier’s staff have final say over safe operation and may refuse or remove any participant who behaves unsafely or does not follow instructions.
Participants must arrive sober and must not consume alcohol or any impairing substance before taking part. Anyone who appears unfit to participate may be refused entry to the activity by the supplier, without refund. Please make sure everyone in your group understands this before the day.
You are responsible for making us aware of any injury, medical condition, disability, or access or participation requirement affecting anyone in your group before booking, so that suitability can be checked with the supplier. Minimum and maximum group numbers, and any age, height, weight, footwear or clothing requirements, vary by activity and venue and will be confirmed with your booking.
The material on this site is provided for general information only. While we take care to keep it accurate, activity formats, inclusions, venues and prices vary by supplier and availability, so details should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a decision without confirming them with us first. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information — including pricing, inclusions and availability — at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an enquiry.
Certain content, activities and services available through us are provided by third-party suppliers, and this site may link to third-party websites that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and do not warrant, the content, products or services of any third party.
Any complaint, claim or concern regarding an activity delivered by a supplier, or a product or service obtained from a third party, should be directed to that supplier or third party. We will provide their contact details and assist where we reasonably can.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, and because activities are delivered by independent suppliers, we are not liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the delivery of an activity by a supplier or from your or your group’s participation in it. Our total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid to us for that booking.
You are responsible for the conduct of your group. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stag Do Newcastle and NE Children’s Parties Ltd against any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or the acts or omissions of members of your group.
When you enquire or book, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, telephone number and email address, and use it to handle your enquiry and booking. We pass only the information necessary to arrange your activity to the relevant supplier. We do not sell your information to third parties. Full details of how we handle your data are set out in our privacy policy.
With your permission, we may occasionally send you information about offers and updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
These Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreements under which we provide you services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
We may update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time. Your continued use of the website or our services following any change constitutes acceptance of those changes.
If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, or you would like to access, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you, please contact us at info@stag-do-newcastle.co.uk or call 07950 169377.
